This abstract floral painting was created spontaneously, without a template or specific reference. It seeks to explore the visual effects of each medium on paper, aiming to produce a vibrant and dynamic depiction of a floral landscape through their interplay. Rather than being strictly defined, the composition of color fields evokes a sense of vegetative forms and blossoms. The floating flowers lend the piece an air of lightness and delicacy. Initially, rough abstract shapes were drawn chaotically and with varying pressure using wax crayons on paper, followed by the application of watercolor. Painting over wax with watercolor is a daring technique, leaving no room for errors. It poses significant challenges for spontaneous abstract projects. Successful works like this one attain a unique charm and effects unattainable through conventional methods. This is the reward for taking risks and embracing chance.
